I am Me…

This is your weekly oracle card reading for May 11-17th.  This week our guides are informing us to accept ourselves, cultivate our healing powers and to remember to laugh. We are being guided to focus on ourselves by accepting ourselves for who we are. We must love ourselves enough to just be ourselves, despite any outside influences. Of course, there are all parts of us that need work, but our message is to be cautious about those around you that seek to change your core values. When you are surrounded by loving people, they may help you evolve into the best version of yourself and that is wonderful. Conversely, when you are surrounded by others who seek to influence you away from your core values, it may be time to start limiting exposure to those toxic relationships. The angels want you to know that you are great just the way you are and need not change for anyone. The people who accept you for who you are will love you no matter what.

We are also being told that we are all healers and able to heal ourselves and others. Assess your healing talents. Can you help yourself or others to heal through soothing, home-cooked, healthy meals? Can you lending your listening skills? Can you give or get a massage, Reiki or any other healing modalities? These are all small tactics we can incorporate into our schedule to self-heal and to create healing for others. We are being called to add more self-care into our daily lives.

Laughter also plays a crucial role in healing and our message is to incorporate more laughter into our week. We have been too seriously lately and while being serious has a role in life, so does being playful. We are reminded that balancing work and play are integral parts of maintaining a healthy, happy, balanced life style. So if you can’t remember the last time you had fun or laughed out loud, it’s time to create more balance in your life! Blessings for a wonderful week!
